Before HS&A we spent 6 hours a pay period at an RN’s wage level calculating payroll and submitting the information for processing. Now we spend at most one hour, and this is handled by my administrative assistant.

The daunting processing of preparing for conversion from another company was made simple by the staff of HS&A. We sent them prior payroll company reports and they entered the employee records for us. We went live at the beginning of the quarter. Summarized year to date information was already in the system as was the existing payroll demographic and direct deposit account data. The company to company change was seamless.
